MOE FAS Form 2025

The application form for Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) 2025 is available from the school Admin General Office (hardcopy) or you may download the file attachment here

(Note: If you are currently unemployed or self-employed, you are required to fill the following form)

Alternatively, MOE has also rolled out an online application (eFAS) via the following link

Please note that hard copy form application is required for:

a. families with other dependents (Great grandparents, Aunties/Uncles, Cousins and others)

b. family with more than 5 children in GGAS

c. family with more than 4 unmarried children not in GGAS

d. family with more than 3 grandparents in the household

If your child is a ComCare recipient , then you need not submit the application for MOE FAS as MOE FAS will be auto-granted to ComCare beneficiaries in GGAS. Please bring your ComCare approval letter to General Office so that we can issue you the letter for uniform and books collection.

Use of SingPass is required

Please submit your application (Hard copy or online)  to General Office) inclusive of all required documents as indicated on the application form to expedite the processing. Applications with incomplete forms will be returned to the applicant.

The school will process your completed application promptly and inform you of the outcome. Please submit your application by 30th October 2024 so as to allow time for processing and avoid delay in collection of uniforms and books.
