Student Learning Space Support for Home-Based Learning
1. In view of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Student Learning Space (SLS) will be the main platform that our school will deploy to support Home-Based Learning (HBL) in the event if escalated measures are taken. The following sections contain information to support your child/ward in the event they encounter issues using SLS.

Support during School
2. During school operating hours, students should contact the School-based Helpline for SLS queries including all SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts, as well as queries about lesson assignments.
School-based Helpline: 63687705 (Mondays - Fridays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
For other matters, students can email the SLS Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing the SLS Helpdesk, they should include their full name, name of school and form class.
Support during Non-School Operating Hours
3. Students can only contact the SLS Helpdesk outside the school operating hours.

Mondays - Fridays: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
*Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
